FlutterFlow is a visual builder that exports Flutter. It is a sound production choice when workflows stay bounded, security rules are explicit, and you own the Git repo. It is a weak production choice when most of the app is already custom Dart. Request architecture advice, or read FlutterFlow vs Bubble if you are still choosing a builder.
Use FlutterFlow for a bounded MVP or internal tool with Firebase or Supabase and a small set of roles. Use custom Flutter when you need deep platform APIs, heavy offline sync, or a codebase your team will test for years. The FlutterFlow service can start either path.
