How We Selected These Companies
This shortlist is a buyer-evaluation set researched from public evidence available in September 2026. It is not an exhaustive market census, not a paid ranking, and not a claim that Google, Clutch, or FlutterFlow ranked these firms.
The numbering below is for readability and is not a claim of objective market rank. Companies appear in alphabetical order.
We looked for:
- A current official FlutterFlow service page that belongs to the company
- Named FlutterFlow project evidence, a FlutterFlow Marketplace listing, or documented custom-code / backend work a buyer can open
- Signals of production skill: custom Dart actions or widgets, Firebase or Supabase, auth/roles, payments, source export, or rescue/migration language
- Evidence freshness—pages and case studies that still exist at the research date
We did not invent hourly rates, team sizes, review scores, award standings, or delivery outcomes. Where a vendor claims “Agency of the Year,” “#1 on the Expert Portal,” or similar, that is their marketing unless we could open an independent FlutterFlow page that states it. Seed names without a dedicated, checkable FlutterFlow service footprint were dropped rather than padded into the list.
Authoritative FlutterFlow references used for buyer criteria (not as endorsements of any vendor) include custom actions, Firestore security rules, run/test modes, code export, and the FlutterFlow Experts Program directory. Confirm any Expert or Partner badge on that directory or on FlutterFlow’s own site—not only on an agency homepage.

10 FlutterFlow development companies
Use these profiles as a shortlist, then request a project walkthrough: pages, custom actions, security rules, and who owns Git and the FlutterFlow project. Marketing pages are not a substitute for that review.
Appic Softwares
Best suited for: Buyers who want an India-based vendor with a dedicated FlutterFlow service page covering MVP, web, maintenance, and no-code backends (Firebase, Supabase, BuildShip, Rowy).
Why it is on this shortlist: Appic publishes a dedicated FlutterFlow development company page rather than a one-line mention on a generic mobile list. That meets the service-footprint bar. Named FlutterFlow product case studies on that page are thinner than several specialists below, so treat the page as a starting filter.
Relevant capabilities: Official copy lists MVP builds, subscription and ecommerce-style FlutterFlow apps, QA, and a path to download code for a Flutter team after validation. Backend options named on the page include Firebase, Supabase, BuildShip, and Rowy.
Public evidence reviewed: appicsoftwares.com FlutterFlow company page (checked September 2026). We do not reproduce marketing user counts or investment figures from that page.
Potential fit: A founder who already has a bounded CRUD/Firebase MVP and wants a vendor that will discuss code download—not only visual publish.
What to verify before hiring: Ask for a named FlutterFlow project, a custom-action walkthrough, and written ownership of the FlutterFlow project, GitHub, and Firebase/Supabase accounts. Confirm whether “no coding” marketing matches the actual custom-Dart share you will need.
ArixLabs
Best suited for: Teams comparing a FlutterFlow-specialist studio (also known as FlutterFlowDevs) that publishes a named FlutterFlow product and custom-Dart language.
Why it is on this shortlist: ArixLabs maintains a dedicated FlutterFlow app development page with a named Launchout marketplace/class-booking story. The page’s FAQ discusses custom Flutter/Dart, Firebase, Supabase, and payment integrations. Company blogs claim Expert Portal rank and Agency of the Year; those are vendor statements unless you confirm them on FlutterFlow’s own experts directory.
Relevant capabilities: Visual FlutterFlow builds plus custom Dart, consulting/troubleshooting, and common backends (Firebase/Supabase) as described on the official page.
Public evidence reviewed: arixlabs.com/flutterflow-app-development, including the Launchout write-up (checked September 2026).
Potential fit: A product that is already in FlutterFlow or will live there for the first production version, including marketplace-style booking flows.
What to verify before hiring: Ask who will own architecture versus staffed FlutterFlow builders, and request a walkthrough of custom actions and security rules for Launchout or a comparable project—not only screenshots.
Calda
Best suited for: Founders who want a FlutterFlow agency that publishes multiple named apps and explicit source-ownership and takeover FAQs.
Why it is on this shortlist: Calda’s FlutterFlow agency page lists named products (including PitchSafe, WildSound, Superplan, Recap, and an FFDC event app) and states custom Flutter/Dart work, code export, and takeover of existing FlutterFlow projects. Award titles on that page are the company’s claims; verify any Expert/Partner badge on experts.flutterflow.io.
Relevant capabilities: Cross-platform FlutterFlow products, custom Dart, Supabase/Firebase-style backends as described in FAQs, and a stated willingness to continue another team’s FlutterFlow project.
Public evidence reviewed: thecalda.com/services/flutterflow-agency (checked September 2026). We do not reproduce ARR, project-count, or review-score figures from that page.
Potential fit: A design-sensitive consumer or sports/wellness product, or a stalled FlutterFlow repo that needs a new owner.
What to verify before hiring: Confirm Git, FlutterFlow org, and store-account handover in the contract. If compliance (SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR) is material, ask for architecture evidence for your data—not a homepage badge.
Dartitude Labs
Best suited for: Early-stage teams that want a dedicated FlutterFlow development-company page covering consulting, MVP, APIs, backend, web, migration, and maintenance.
Why it is on this shortlist: Dartitude publishes a FlutterFlow development company page with migration and hire-developer language. Public named FlutterFlow case URLs were thinner at research time than Calda or LOW/CODE, so this is a service-footprint inclusion, not a claim of deeper published cases.
Relevant capabilities: End-to-end FlutterFlow services as listed: consulting, design/prototyping, custom development, API and backend work, web apps, migration, and support.
Public evidence reviewed: dartitude.com FlutterFlow service page (checked September 2026).
Potential fit: A bounded MVP where you will insist on seeing a prior FlutterFlow export in discovery.
What to verify before hiring: Request one live or exported FlutterFlow project: custom actions, test/run process, and who holds the FlutterFlow and Git credentials.
Flywheel Studio
Best suited for: Founders who want a FlutterFlow studio that talks about custom Dart, App Store shipping, and a named consumer MVP.
Why it is on this shortlist: Flywheel’s FlutterFlow page describes production iOS/Android work with custom Flutter when the builder is not enough, and names ComTour (comedy discovery/ticketing) as a FlutterFlow consumer MVP. The page states FlutterFlow Agency of the Year for 2024–2026; treat that as the studio’s statement unless you confirm it on FlutterFlow’s own channels.
Relevant capabilities: Custom Dart extensions, store-oriented delivery language, and a paid migration assessment to rebuild an existing product on FlutterFlow (the inverse of a FlutterFlow-to-Flutter rescue—confirm which direction you actually need).
Public evidence reviewed: flywheel.so/flutterflow (checked September 2026). Published pricing on that page is their commercial offer, not a market rate.
Potential fit: A consumer mobile MVP that must feel native and will need custom code at the edges.
What to verify before hiring: Confirm availability (their page noted limited booking windows), who writes custom Dart, and whether you own the FlutterFlow project from day one.
InceptMVP
Best suited for: Startups comparing FlutterFlow MVPs with named project pages and Marketplace component work.
Why it is on this shortlist: InceptMVP publishes a dedicated FlutterFlow agency page plus project pages that name FlutterFlow, including Offy Eats (booking/payments) and CalmPath (Gemini integration). The agency page also lists Marketplace-style widgets (for example story viewer, Agora calling). Superlatives such as “world’s leading” on that page are marketing, not our ranking.
Relevant capabilities: FlutterFlow + Flutter, Firebase/Stripe-class integrations as listed, Figma-to-build process, AI API hooks, and packaged MVP/full-app offers. Published package prices are their menu, not a universal FlutterFlow cost.
Public evidence reviewed: inceptmvp.com/flutterflow and the Offy Eats and CalmPath project pages (checked September 2026). We do not reproduce Google/Upwork/Clutch star ratings from the homepage.
Potential fit: A marketplace, booking, or AI-assisted consumer MVP where you can inspect a similar public project.
What to verify before hiring: Time-zone overlap, who owns the FlutterFlow project versus Marketplace templates, and how security rules are written for multi-role apps (Home Aligned Services is described as buyer/seller roles on their site).
LOW/CODE Agency
Best suited for: Teams that need FlutterFlow for native mobile, including offline/field or subscription products, and want named case studies.
Why it is on this shortlist: LOW/CODE publishes a dedicated FlutterFlow development page and FlutterFlow-tagged cases: RedZone (offline field operations, Auth0, custom APIs) and Evolutioner (rebuild on FlutterFlow, RevenueCat, background audio). They also write publicly about when they pick FlutterFlow versus Bubble or Glide.
Relevant capabilities: FlutterFlow as an engineering accelerator with custom logic, Supabase/Firebase/Stripe/API integrations as stated on the service page, and code-export language on their low-code materials.
Public evidence reviewed: LOW/CODE FlutterFlow service page and the RedZone and Evolutioner case studies (checked September 2026). Outcome percentages on those cases are the vendor’s reported figures—verify in diligence; we do not treat them as independently audited.
Potential fit: Operational mobile (field, offline sync) or a product that already failed on another stack and needs a FlutterFlow rebuild with payments.
What to verify before hiring: Whether FlutterFlow is the right platform versus Bubble for your workflow, and who maintains exported Dart if you leave the builder.
Singular Innovation
Best suited for: US product or operations teams that want FlutterFlow tied to workflow architecture, permissions, and a stated path off the builder.
Why it is on this shortlist: Singular publishes a FlutterFlow experts page that states Official FlutterFlow Partner and describes field operations, customer apps, partner portals, and pilots. FAQs cover Firebase, Supabase, Airtable, custom APIs, and graduating via custom Dart, export, or rebuild. Confirm Partner status on FlutterFlow’s experts directory.
Relevant capabilities: FlutterFlow for workflow-heavy mobile UX plus integrations and an explicit “outgrow FlutterFlow” path on the official page.
Public evidence reviewed: singular-innovation.com/flutterflow (checked September 2026). Independent Clutch URL published in their site schema: clutch.co/profile/singular-innovation (we do not reproduce scores).
Potential fit: An internal or SMB workflow app (inspections, dispatch, booking) where architecture and ownership matter as much as screens.
What to verify before hiring: How much of the engagement is FlutterFlow delivery versus broader AI/workflow consulting, and whether you receive the FlutterFlow project and exported repo.
SolGuruz
Best suited for: Buyers who want FlutterFlow as one service line inside a larger Flutter/mobile engineering company.
Why it is on this shortlist: SolGuruz maintains a dedicated FlutterFlow development company page covering structured implementation, backend integration, custom logic, and maintainable visual-to-production work. Homepage metrics such as live-app counts and downloads appear to describe the wider mobile practice—do not treat them as FlutterFlow-only proof.
Relevant capabilities: FlutterFlow builds with backend integration and hire-developer models as described on the FlutterFlow page; the firm also positions an official Flutter agency partnership on the same marketing surface—ask which people would actually work in FlutterFlow versus custom Flutter.
Public evidence reviewed: solguruz.com FlutterFlow service page (checked September 2026).
Potential fit: A company that may start in FlutterFlow and later need the same vendor’s custom Flutter bench—if they can show a named FlutterFlow repo, not only a Flutter portfolio.
What to verify before hiring: Ask to distinguish FlutterFlow project evidence from general Flutter store apps. Request security-rules and custom-action samples from a FlutterFlow engagement.
Virtuous Techlogic
Best suited for: Startups and product teams that need production FlutterFlow (Firebase or Supabase, custom actions, roles, payments) and a written path to rescue or custom Flutter when the builder becomes the bottleneck.
Why it is on this shortlist: Virtuous publishes a FlutterFlow app development service, a FlutterFlow rescue and migration solution, a FlutterFlow vs custom Flutter resource, and a FlutterFlow migration/rescue case study. That is a checkable productionization and exit-ramp footprint, not a claim that we are the top-ranked FlutterFlow agency.
Relevant capabilities: Visual FlutterFlow for bounded CRUD/MVP workflows; custom actions and widgets; Firebase Auth/Firestore or Supabase with rules that actually authorize; Git and store handover; takeover of existing FlutterFlow projects; incremental migration to custom Flutter when justified.
Public evidence reviewed: Virtuous FlutterFlow service, rescue solution, vs-custom resource, and rescue case study (checked September 2026). Independent client feedback: clutch.co/profile/virtuous-techlogic (we do not reproduce scores in this article).
Potential fit: You already have a FlutterFlow export that is hard to maintain, or you want an MVP that is allowed to graduate to Flutter without a dead-end builder project.
What to verify before hiring: Same as every other vendor: repository walkthrough, rules review, named owner for store release, and contract language for source and cloud-project ownership. Verify us independently.
When FlutterFlow is a strong choice
FlutterFlow is usually a good default when the product is a bounded workflow: a small number of roles, screens that are mostly forms and lists, and a Firebase- or API-backed data model you can keep explicit. It fits many startup MVPs, internal tools, operational dashboards, and marketplace or booking flows where visual iteration between design and engineering is the bottleneck.
It remains appropriate in production when you treat it as a UI and workflow accelerator: Git, environments, security rules, tests on auth/payments/core paths, and a release process—not only FlutterFlow cloud publish. FlutterFlow’s own docs cover custom actions for async work and third-party packages, and code export so you are not locked to the designer.
When custom Flutter may be more appropriate
Prefer custom Flutter when deep platform APIs, complex offline sync, highly custom animation, multi-module architecture, or automated testability would fight the builder. If custom Dart already dominates the FlutterFlow project, you are paying builder overhead for little speed. Performance, plugin breakage, and long-term team onboarding are often cheaper in a normal Flutter repo.
Migration can be incremental: keep working UI, extract modules, and move security-sensitive logic to reviewed server code. That path is documented on FlutterFlow vs custom Flutter and FlutterFlow rescue and migration.
FlutterFlow vs custom Flutter
| Criterion | FlutterFlow | Custom Flutter |
|---|---|---|
| Speed to first usable build | Usually faster for CRUD and Firebase/Supabase workflows | Slower start; more control over architecture |
| Custom UI and platform APIs | Custom widgets and actions as needed | First-class Dart for complex UX and native APIs |
| Security model | Must still be designed in rules and backend; the builder does not replace authorization | Same requirement—client UI is never the security boundary |
| Testing | Preview/Test/Run/Local Run plus tests you add to custom Dart and CI after export | Standard Flutter unit, widget, and integration tests in CI |
| Long-term ownership | Fine when Git, docs, and custom-code limits are clear | Better when most of the app is already custom Dart |
| Exit ramp | Plan export and module extraction before the builder is the bottleneck | The destination for many production FlutterFlow apps |
How to choose a FlutterFlow development company
Match the vendor to the job: new MVP, production hardening, takeover, or migration to Flutter. Then inspect evidence in this order:
- Official FlutterFlow service page and at least one named project or Marketplace listing you can open
- Custom actions/widgets and how they are documented
- Firebase or Supabase rules that authorize on the server, not only hidden buttons
- Who owns the FlutterFlow project, Git repository, cloud projects, and store accounts
- How they test (FlutterFlow Test/Run/Local Run plus CI on exported code)
- What happens when a required feature is not in the widget palette
Use the FlutterFlow Experts Program as a verification lookup, not as a ranking of “best company.” Directory listing is a signal; it is not a substitute for a repository review. For a broader mobile-vendor process, see how to choose a mobile app development company.
Questions to ask before hiring
- Will we own the FlutterFlow project, GitHub repo, Firebase/Supabase projects, and Apple/Google store accounts from the first sprint?
- What percentage of this build do you expect to be custom Dart, and who maintains it?
- Show the security rules for a similar multi-role app. Where is authorization enforced?
- How do you structure environments (dev/staging/prod) and secrets?
- What is your store-release process, including signing and review ownership?
- If we outgrow FlutterFlow, what is the migration plan and what do we keep?
- Can you take over this existing FlutterFlow export, or would you rewrite?
- Which tests run before a production submit, and can we see the pipeline?
Cost factors
There is no single FlutterFlow market rate. Public package prices on vendor sites (for example packaged MVP offers) are their commercial menus, not a benchmark you should treat as typical. Cost follows:
- Number of roles, screens, and workflows
- Custom Dart, native SDKs, and animation complexity
- Backend (Firebase, Supabase, Xano, custom APIs) and environment split
- Payments, notifications, maps, offline sync, and AI APIs
- Design system depth versus template UI
- QA device matrix, store release, and post-launch FlutterFlow/OS upgrades
- Team model (fixed-scope project vs dedicated developer vs mixed)
Request a scoped estimate against the same brief from more than one vendor. Do not use list position as a price signal.
Timeline factors
Visual development can compress UI iteration; it does not automatically compress discovery, data modeling, security rules, payments, or store review. FlutterFlow Test/Run modes have documented limits (for example some packages and auth flows). Plan time for Local Run or device testing, rule deployment, and App Store / Play review. Focused FlutterFlow MVPs can move in weeks when the vertical slice is small; multi-role, offline, or regulated products take longer. Ask for milestones tied to a testable slice, not “app done.”
Agency vs freelancer vs in-house
A FlutterFlow agency fits when you need design, builder expertise, custom Dart, QA, and store release under one contract. A freelancer can work for a narrow module if you already own architecture and the FlutterFlow project. In-house fits teams that will keep FlutterFlow and Dart skills on payroll. Compare models in agency vs freelancer vs in-house.
Red flags to watch for
- A ranked “#1 FlutterFlow company” claim with no methodology and no Experts directory check
- No Git, no export, and “we keep the FlutterFlow project”
- Client-side API keys or unrestricted Firestore/Supabase rules left in test mode
- “No code needed” for a product that clearly needs custom actions, native SDKs, or complex roles
- Portfolios that cannot be opened or walked through as FlutterFlow (or that are actually custom Flutter only)
- Unwillingness to name who submits to the stores
- No plan for plugin/builder breakage after a FlutterFlow or Flutter SDK update
- Promises that FlutterFlow replaces backend authorization
Why technical proof matters more than marketing claims
FlutterFlow quality shows up in data models, rules, custom-code boundaries, and handover. Logos, award banners, and hardcoded star ratings are easy to put on a landing page. Prefer a recorded walkthrough of pages and custom actions, deployed security rules, and a written export/Git checklist. If a vendor will not show how auth and writes are authorized, they are selling a prototype process as production.
Final decision checklist
- FlutterFlow is the right platform for this product (or a hybrid/migration path is explicit)
- You have seen a named FlutterFlow project or export, not only UI screenshots
- Custom Dart, rules, and environments are in the statement of work
- Source code, FlutterFlow project, stores, and cloud projects are owned by you
- Store release and post-launch support are named
- You independently checked official URLs and, where used, Experts/Clutch evidence
- Two vendors were compared on the same scope, not on list position
